localized pages don't show "Other systems & Languages".

When people are visiting mozillamessaging.com, they can get redirected to a localized page with the download for the language based on their browser. If that's not the language of Thunderbird they want to download, there is no option to select another language like on http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/ through "Other systems & Languages". Could you please add these lines to the localized pages also? I've seen people are lazy and just click on the download button and expect they can switch the language after installing. Also I wish there were options to display 1 or more extra languages with direct download, probably spoken in the area people browse from.
