Seems to be returning different results when I reload it periodically - this is indicative of Sphinx being configured differently on the two boxes, did one box forget to get updated yesterday?
Looks like it was restarted as root, so reindexing is broken. Configs are correct.

Trevor, is puppet restarting sphinx as root? If so we should fix that.
