This used to work in TB2 for me.

Whenever I view a plain text message composed as charset UTF-8, the font used to display the message is too light.

Messages in charset iso-8859-1 display just fine.

This isn't a bug.

Markus, do you have configured also "Other Languages" fonts & encoding window?
Use the same configuration of Western for "Other Languages".

I assume I've had changed this back with TB 2 and maybe it didn't properly migrate .. I don't know anymore (have had installed TB 2 for years).
