Pressing second time next in when search in page causes disappearing of scrolling bar and marks words out of the screen. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open page with text
2. Ctrl+F try to search some words with search panel up and down the text
3 Press "Search next", "Search back" a few times.
Actual Results:  
The scroll bar disappears, and word which is suppose to be marked is out of the view.
After close search panel, the scroll bar appears again.

Expected Results:  
Scroll bar should not disappears.
The marked word suppose to be in the view.
Does this also happen in safe-mode / with a new profile?
