After upgrading from the latest Thunderbird 2/X version tot 3.0 multiple accounts (2 out of 5) appear in the folder panel twice (as exact copies). 

The same in smart folders views, then in the inbox, trash summaries the same accountmaps are shown twice.

Probably (i) problem of bug 466660 then same phenomenon as Bug 303542, or (ii) problem of Bug 303542. Check all next entries in prefs.js.
