Build Identifier:
Updating from TB2 to TB3.
When starting for the first time, TB tries to connect to an HTTPS address, however in my setup this needs a proxy. Since I have not yet configured a Proxy this fails and reports the plugins to be incompatible.
Reproducible: Always
