Can we deep-link all the statistics provided in columns on the "shipping" app to some html output that shows the exact strings (or bugs or whatever the corresponding data) related to that figure?

One outdated, static example from the existing dashboard:

http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/unchanged.html#ab-CD 

could be linked from the actual number in the column next to ab-CD locale.

All compare-locales info but unchanged is deep-linked as part of the C link, should we drop that one in favor of linkifying the cl numbers?

A view for unchanged is trickier, as much of that data is supposed to be like that, probably. No idea what the actual information is, nor how to present it.

webdashboard links are just broken these days, maybe we should remove them completely until we have todo app integrated?

We should have independent bugs for all three, I guess.
