when i click on maximize button i can still able to re size it.
but after maximize, if i minimize and restore it, it can not be re sized.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on the maximize button.

Actual Results:  
able to re size it.

Expected Results:  
should not be able to re size it.
This is indeed the case with Firefox 3.5, but this is fixed with Firefox 3.6.
