brainstuff, this happens also if you start TB in safe-mode? (see how-to start TB in safe-mode here http://support.mozillamessaging.com/bg/kb/Safe+Mode )

Hi, In the safe mode is not any change. But on the newest version the scrollbar is a little bit more large. There is also a problem with the scroll bar on the min screen ... acccunt list to download ... there is no scrollbar. It is only possible to scroll with the mouse weel. (This issue is not visible for users who do not have a big account list). best regards, John (brainstuff)

IME... - one instance of this was fixed a year or two ago - minimize and then maximize can reset this IF the panels have been configured to fit on the screen. - there must be more steps to reproduce this -- please post screen shot of the entire thunderbird pane (started in safe mode). -- what layout are you using? (view > layout)
