When Thunderbird 3 has just been run/opened, I always see the Thunderbird logo welcome screen for a split second before opening the very first email I clicked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird 3
2. Click an email
3. You should see the welcome screen with logo for a tenth of a second.

The title of this bug is "An image/shadow of the previously opened email appears for a split second when opening another email" but the description doesn't describe any previously opened emails, only seeing the initial welcome screen opening (again). This is confusing and I'm not sure what the bug really is.
