Opening page over file (eg html files on local drives) it seems to work fine. But pages over http are not displayed. The status bar shows: Document: Done (0.213 secs) or other time values. From the help/about page: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m17) Gecko/20000807
Hendrik- can you download a new nightly from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ and attempt to duplicate this behavior?
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20000920 It stays with M18
we need more info here. what pages won't display. You're saying that you are unable to view any hhtp:// URLs? Are you connecting through a proxy? Are you connected to the internet at all? This is working just fine for me with the 092212 mozilla builds on NT, RedHat and MacOS9
first: it now works by creating a new profile. this addition is allready made with mozilla. second: when i choose a link to a pdf file the appearing dialog is almost empty. i test a bit and found out, that the top rabio button is for picking a application and the bottom radio buttun is for saving the file. The left button is the OK and the right the cancel. but whats the checkbox ?
this affectes also the dialog for the u.id. and pw. I guess its OK, No, Cancel. right?
when choosing a .pdf link I see the PDF file loaded into the Browser content area with my Acrobat plugin. If you had Acrobat with your Netscape 4.x plugins Mozilla should use that. Are you saying taht in the Pick App dialog that you see no lables on teh buttons? They look finbe here with a current build. If you still see this in current builds please file a seperate bug.
