It looks like a video monitor that has lost it video timing sync with the signal source. This problem appeared with the latest versions of Firefox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to www.wral.com 2. Click on the live news feed that appears during the morning, noon and evening broadcasts 3. Observe the flash window with the flickering display of the news program Actual Results: Page appears with a flickering presentation of the live news broadcast Expected Results: Non flickering presentation of the live news broadcast as appeared in earlier versions of Firefox
