Details
The "What should Minefield do with this file" dialog kills the mozilla-runtime.exe process. STR: 0) Open the windows task manager to the processes tab 1) launch firefox with google.com 2) go to youtube.com (notice the mozilla-runtime.exe process) 3) close the youtube.com tab (no need to watch a video) 4) Go to http://www.dailywav.com/index.php and click on any of the links A dialog pop-ups asking what to do with this file, at the same time the mozilla-runtime.exe process dies. If the youtube tab is still open then the mozilla-runtime.exe process does not close.

This is *probably* the same bug as bug 535036, but we should fix that and re-check.
Might be but I just want to clear up that Firefox does not hang and does not crash here as it does in bug 535036. Only the mozilla-runtime.exe disappears.
I can't reproduce this anymore, marking as a dupe.

Sorry, I still had a video playing a tab that was in the overflow area. I can still reproduce this bug.

Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
