I often get messages that the page I'm viewing is in some foreign language (in the URL above, it tells me it's in Japanese) and do I want to have it translated in Google Toolbar.

I realize this may be a problem originating with Google - however, it is a new problem since I upgraded to Firefox 3.6b4. It doesn't occur with every page, but it is happening often - the pages are clearly in English, but I'll get messages that it is in Russian, Japanese, etc.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to: http://whisk-kid.blogspot.com/2009/08/say-it-with-cake.html
2. read message (about it being a page in a foreign language, although it is not) on the top of the page.
3. ???
