Windows changes it's theme.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles?s=profile

Still happens with both a brand new profile that hasn't been on anything except facebook.com , and on safemode.

Do you know what was the last version that this did not occur with?

Can you try the latest beta version and see if the issue still exists? http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
