User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20091216 Shredder/3.1a1pre When I opened the new e-mail the companies ad logo appears OK then a pic of their first item out of 12 appears. Directly to the left is a copy of an e-mail I sent many, many months ago. Below that is a copy of the next new e-mails "code" followed by the actual next e-mail's picture and then the code and picture from the next new e-mail are duplicated. The rest of the original e-mail doesn't appear at all. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Wouldn't have a clue how to reproduce 2. 3. Actual Results: Happens every time I open that particular e-mail Expected Results: Same It should've only shown one e-mail message.
I am not sure how to communicate this bug. You really need to see the visual but it has information that is very personal so a screen copy would be out of the question.

Don't worry this seems to be a common case. * Can you rebuild the index of the folder in which you are having these issues ? * did you reach our limits (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Limits_%28Thunderbird%29) ?

I rebuilt the index on the inbox and the message is fine now. The biggest file I have is 1.4GB so no limits broken there.
