Details

1. Load the URL. 2. At the bottom of the page is a form. 3. Write in the main form 6-7 lines. 4. Now try to scroll the form with the wheelmouse. 5. The form doesn't scrolls, but scrolls the whole page. (in IE and NN4.x all works) 2000092005
