Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update Firefox.
2.View special update web site when Firefox is first started.
3.Try to take survey as advertised.
Actual Results:  
Next screen shows survey is expired.

Expected Results:  
Survey should still be ongoing, or notice on previous page should be removed.
