535588 - Unable to sync and find updates for a newer weave build

I get a sync error with an older build on Weave 1.0b2.   Thats fine and expected, but when i prompt for find updates on addons manager, i dont get any new updates for weave to 1.0b3.   This blocks me from updating to weave and syncing what i already have.

Repro:
1) install weave 1.0b2
2) force sync
3) status bar prompts error on updating due to older build
4) fire up addons manager, and do a find update for my weave extension (i know there's a weave 1.0b3 out there)
5) Verify no updates are found for weave 1.0b3. so now i'm stuck not being able to sync as a user.
