Currently, Fennec is recieving all notifications from the nsIWebProgress interface. We only use a few, so let's limit to that set.

Comment on attachment 418202 [details] [diff] [review] patch Add a comment before the empty methods (and onStateChange) to point out that if people add code to listen for other events, they'll need to change the mask in _createBrowser?
