firefox can't open coffee:// URI's

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type in coffee://mycup into the adress line
2. klick ok on the massage window
Actual Results:  
no coffee for me

As comments to bug 46647 are restricted I have to write it here:
Did you notice that RFC 7168 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7168) extended the support for use of tee?
So it would be great to implement it now.
