User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) There is no x on the first tab, or the left most tab. So you can't close that tab if there are more than one. Reproducible: Always
That is it, try it your self. I dont' want to spend hours documenting this.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.6 Got the same problem - with a previous version of firefox, the last tab was still closable. I guess this change was supposed to be a "feature" but I really don't like it.

(In reply to comment #3) > > *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 342626 *** Bug 342626 is a Camino bug, so it's not the right bug to dupe this one against ;)

Not sure how I came across the Camino bug. My default search is Core, Firefox and Toolkit. Anyways this is a dupe. There should be a style at http://userstyles.org to show the close buttons on every tab.
