In bug 527564, comment 6, Anant says "while testing this patch on the FF 3.6 beta, I noticed some weirdness and the result is per-window personas don't work at all." Most Personas users will be on 1.5 in the near future, so we should get this working. Anant: do you have cycles to take a look at this?

Yes, there's a hidden preference "extensions.personas.perwindow" that, when set to true, enables per-window personas on Firefox 3.5.
