535985 - "refine results" fails to filter out some extensions that it should

As an example, search for the word "forum" in Thunderbird add-ons.  Currently, the third result returned is Forumzilla.  Click on Refine Results -> Compatible With -> 3.0.  The result set drops from 72 to 55.  Note that Forumzilla is still in the list.  Click through to Forumzilla, and observe that the "Works with" field contains: "Thunderbird: 0.6 - 2.0.0.*".

Okay, we're picking up some stray version for some reason.  This should be an easy fix.

Note: still happens in zamboni check indexing for forumzilla.

This is a mass change. Every comment has "assigned-to-new" in it.

I didn't look through the bugs, so I'm sorry if I change a bug which shouldn't be changed. But I guess these bugs are just bugs that were once assigned and people forgot to change the Status back when unassigning.
