When clicking on a link from thunderbird email or from a firefox page, the home page(google in my case) loads above the linked page.  This has occured on all versions of 3.6b including 3.6b5

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on any link

2.home page opens on top of linked page
3.delete home page, linked page is there

links should lead to linked page
