The options button in the SeaMonkey Add-ons Manager doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Add-ons Manager
2.Scroll Down to Weave
3.Click Options
Actual Results:  
Nothing Happens

Expected Results:  
The Options Pane Should Open Up or the button should be deactivated

Note: The options for weave can still be accessed from the pref pane.
