Some message headers displayed as question marks. But in Gmail and other clients they are displayed correctly.

Folder character encoding is set to CP-1251 and View → Character Encoding is set to Auto-Detect → Russian.

POP3? When(with which build) did you download the mail? Dup of bug 468351(fixed by Tb3.0b4)? If so, will rebuild-index resolve problem?
Or dup of bug 513472? (IMAP case)

Do you still see this issue when using version 5 or 6 (due out in a week)?
- If you no longer see the problem, please set status to RESOLVED, and set resolution to WORKSFORME. (or perhaps INVALID, if you determined the problem is not Thunderbird)
- If you still see the problem, please provide updated details, and any additional steps needed to reproduce the problem.
