I have tried to open any email I have received in both Firefox and Windows Explorer and I can't get them to load. I get the URLs at the bottom of the screen, but that's it. I'm running Windows 7 and have upgraded to the latest versions of Firefox and Thunderbird.

Reproducible: Always
So can you define what you call "open an email" ? Why do you want to open an email in windows explorer, or in firefox ?

How is this related to Thunderbird ?
