splitter.tree-splitter shouldn't take focus

Details
Now that tree items change color when the tree loses the focus, it looks
terrible that resizing the column splitters for a tree makes the tree lose the
focus. Just need to add -moz-user-focus: ignore; to splitter.tree-splitter in
xul.css if my building ever starts to work again.

actually, iirc, hewitt fixed this as part of another focus bug about the modern
skin; it works now, also. if i'm wrong, please reopen. thanks.

Nope. Looks like this is fixed (but, man, somedays I can't believe the detail
of the flaws you notice :-] ).
