It would be nice if forum postings that include a crash id to crash-stats.mozilla.com. For example, if the crash id in https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/1/533608? was automatically linked to Mozilla Crash Reports it would save a step for anyone looking to post a reply.

Bug 525590 was about linking bug numbers, not crash ids. Is that what you're thinking of?

Reviewed Tobbi's pull request and landed this in https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/cd2374fdb32409b2449081c4dd7e2b19f3a09a85

It hasn't been pushed to staging/production yet, but Jenkins is happy with it, and it looks good to me. If there are any objections I can roll back the patch, otherwise it will get pushed out on Monday.https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/cd2374fdb32409b2449081c4dd7e2b19f3a09a85
