unable input words if to cut over app window when messagebox window appearing

when you input some words in an input box that has javascript function to show a messagebox(alert()), then to use mouse to click another app window, like notepad window, at this time, firefox is popping a messagebox and firefox label is flashing on taskbar. Finally you cut over back to firefox and click ok on messagebox. At this time, you will find that you can't change any thing in input box URL input box is also unable to change.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firebox and open a web site.
2.input some words in a inputbox that inputbox will pop a javascript messagebox(alert()) when loose focus.
3.click another application before you opened firefox.
4.at this time firefox's label will flash on task bar.
5. click firefox's label to cut over back to firefox
6. chick ok button on javascript messagebox.
Actual Results:
you will find you can't change any input and URL input box on the top of program.
Expected Results:
firefox can modify inputbox

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
