Editing the description of a category gives error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Categories tab
2.Double click a category which does not have a description
3.Enter a description
4.Click Update button
Actual Results:  
The name you chose, <name>, for this Case Category must be unique. Another Case Category     of the same name already exists. Please choose a different one.

Expected Results:  
Description is updated in database
