If these "(with xpcshell return code: 1)" failures with nothing about a failure in the log aren't all one thing, bug 535585, then I've misstarred about 40 or 50 separate bugs.

I highly suspect this is a dupe of bug 535585. I've seen "(with xpcshell return code: 1)" failures locally across pretty much all xpcshell tests.
