Build Identifier: 

Minefield won't open urls if its working directory is not its folder.

This has been broken since 15th of December (it also failed the 13th but 14th worked).
The build from 18th successfully loads http web pages, but for https show a message:
 Unexpected response from server
  Firefox doesn't know how to communicate with the server.

  *Check to make sure your system has the Personal Security Manager    installed.
  *This might be due to a non-standard configuration on the server.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open firefox.exe in a way it's WD is not its folder (eg. giving the full path from a console)


Actual Results:  
Restoring the session will create a lot of tabs saying "(Untitled)"
New urls won't load.
