We really need to restore that one page, it's an old classic - the way the OP is getting there may be a completely different application bug, but this page is known in geeky circles for the "there is no data - there is only XUL" ghostbusters parody and is ur XUL namespace URL.

Verified, the URL in the bug here is wrong. ("kepper" instead of "keeper")
