run test set using:
mozilla -chrome chrome://blah

press test

wait a long time till it is finished

click with the mouse on the multiline textfield.

assertion is generated:
###!!! offset we got from binary search is messed up 'i<= mContentLength', file
k:\m17\mozilla\layout\html\base\src\nsTextFrame.cpp, line 2788

Haven't tested with <html:textarea> yet, but the source file above probably
says it all...

I can run the testcase, but get no assertion when I click on the textfield,
on a win2k build pulled about 2am 09/21.

Note that the m17 branch was cut about 60 days ago (I'm assuming that
"k:\m17\..." means you are running an M17 code base).

Marking WORKSFORME, but reopen if you can reproduce in a current build.
(Nice testcase though :-])

Actually using a mozilla built from the tree about 15/16 Sep 2000.

I will rebuild my tree tonight and try the test set again.
