See the screenshots I'm going to attach in a few minutes. There is no reason to limit the width of the attachment table. It should use the free space on its right to avoid too narrow columns.

An alternative to my patch would be to specify "min-width: 40em" to avoid a too small attachment table when there is no attachment.

This is fine. The only strange thing that happens is that if an attachment has a very long name, the group security table becomes very small. But it's still readable, and it's not the most important element on the page as far as normal usage goes, so I think that's OK.
