Firefox keeps crashing as I'm trying to download a netflix movie -- then when it comes back it is on the "Firefox successfully updated" page -- this has happened at least a half dozen times.  I turned my computer off and waited.  But it is still happening.  Don't know if the two issues are related (downloading a netflix movie and the repeated updates of Firefox).

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+has+just+updated+tab+shows+each+time+you+start+Firefox for the page saying firefox has updated. Don't worry, you are using the latest version (3.5.6) it is just showing that page still.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
