====================== Tu seguridad en Internet es la prioridad principal de Firefox. Firefox es gratuito, y te permite obtener el máximo de la web. ====================== Pascal's tool says we have 15 characters left. :-) I'm CC'ing some es-ES members to get their opinion on my translation.

I'd change "el máximo" to "lo mejor". Since this is a Windows tranlation (WoW! We are doing l10n for something it's included in Windows) maybe we should change the translation to be more formal.

(In reply to comment #2) > I'd change "el máximo" to "lo mejor". Funnily enough, I first wrote "lo mejor", but I changed it to "el máximo" because I felt that it was more accurate to the original meaning ("the most", not "the best"). I don't have a personal preference; what do think the rest of you?

(In reply to comment #4) > I would do the same change as Nukeador proposes OK, so there it is: ====================== Tu seguridad en Internet es la prioridad principal de Firefox. Firefox es gratuito, y te permite obtener lo mejor de la web. ====================== Staś, regarding https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=537227#c4 "gratuito" means "free" as in "free beer", as intended.

Staś, should we use formal or the informal form we usually use for Mozilla websites?

(In reply to comment #6) > Staś, should we use formal or the informal form we usually use for Mozilla > websites? Just in case, here are both ways: ==Informal============ Tu seguridad en Internet es la prioridad principal de Firefox. Firefox es gratuito, y te permite obtener lo mejor de la web. ====================== ==Formal============== Su seguridad en Internet es la prioridad principal de Firefox. Firefox es gratuito, y le permite obtener lo mejor de la web. ======================

is the use of a coma correct in Spanish before 'y'?

(In reply to comment #9) > is the use of a coma correct in Spanish before 'y'? Usually not, you're right. I find that comma a natural one, but it could be a misconception on my side. It is probably better to remove it, yes. (It is always embarrassing when our French friend corrects us). :-)

(In reply to comment #6) > Staś, should we use formal or the informal form we usually use for Mozilla > websites? I'd say informal, but Patrick should have a better answer when he's back.
