When I resize window to shrink preview area width, if there are a button "Show contents from internet" (rus. "Показать содержимое из сети"), vertical scrollbar vanishes.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
See screenshots - they are make after sequentially reducing window width.
Actual Results:
vertical scrollbar shall present every time for long message so I can drag it by mouse for scrolling to bottom of message.
Expected Results:
permanently showed scrollbar for long messages.

Does this happens when you start Thunderbird in -safe-mode (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode) ?
Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ?

1) safe mode: yes, happens
2) no messages in Error console.
I think this is a layout issue:
Message preview panel has a bar which shows warning along with "load images from inet" button. Message and button cant be shrinked too much and vertical scrollbar glued to right border of button instead of preview pane.
Later I'll try to make some movie with this effect.

I think we had fixed this. (hence the dupme)
