I'm not sure how new versions are normally added to Socorro, but 3.6b6pre doesn't seem to have been added, so: http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byversion/Firefox/3.6b5pre works but http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byversion/Firefox/3.6b6pre does not.
Versions can be added via the web interface directly now, and I've just done that. You can probably do it, too... https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/admin/
