I want to customize the toolbar. and it reverts to old. although it saves my last view mail

When i change the tolls in the mailbox they do NOTTTTTTT stay saved!!!!!!!!!!! when I re open the mail inbox... I want to customize the toolbar. and it reverts to old. although it saves my last view mail..... FIX IT

This sounds more like a support issue to me, I can customize just fine with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20100101 Shredder/3.2a1pre. Please go to http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/support/ and they can help you out.
