The support of the onmousewheel javascript event would be a pleasure
especially for the maps at http://www.elstel.com/Meeresspiegel.html#Maps and
http://www.elstel.com/SeaLevelRise.html#Maps.
 Works fine with Opera.

Reproducible: Always
Onmousewheel is used by Microsoft (and Opera apparently). Gecko uses DOMMouseScroll.
