User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.6 GTB6 Build Identifier: 3.0 Fails to delete message from server despite setting, then downloads message each time it "gets mail." This began when I went to v. 3.0. No webmail problems with two other computers, one XP one Vista using TB 2.x. Also apparently makes Verizon webmail virtually unusable. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install TB 3 and set it to delete messages from server after download. 2.Open Verizon email account. 3.Note that messages are not deleted from server.
Is your folder pane set to Smart folders or All folders? do any of these bugs sound like your issue? if not, please attach protocol log file to the bug for pop3 or imap https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging

Summary: TB 3 doesn't work correctly with Verizon webmail → TB 3 doesn't delete messages with Verizon webmail
Version: unspecified → 3.0
1. Set to All folders. 2. Bug 535834 as described is one of the problems I'm reporting, don't know if it includes all of what I'm seeing.
Please tell us your server preferences in Account Manager (and check that they are as you want them to be).
arnoldweissberg, please, could you answer to comment #4?

Sorry, haven't kept this up to date. The bug, if that's what it was, seems to be gone in the latest version of TB. (In reply to comment #4) > Please tell us your server preferences in Account Manager (and check that they > are as you want them to be).
