STR: 1. Open https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/ru/mobile/ 2. Open dropdown list of countries to send text link 3. Try to find some country Expected results: All countries should be sorted according to cyrillic alphabet order. Actual results: List of countries is messed up. I had hard time to find Russia. I assume that list of countries in http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/ru/includes/l10n/regionNames.properties should be sorted, right? Should I or it's Pascal's work? FWIW, I guess this is problem for all non-latin localizations. Aditional question: should Russia be put on top of list, like USA is on top of list for en-US?
fixed in r59255, as for exceptions in ordering the list, it is dynamically generated for all locales but is a static file for en-US, so no we can't.
