Can build.py be run every 10 mins or just after svn up on personas.stage.mozilla.com? http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/getpersonas.com/trunk/build.py?view=log It's a copy of the build script for AMO. It figures out the svn revisions of the css, js & trunk and writes out revisions.php. It also compiles .po files, so the other cronjob that runs compile.mo can be removed.
