We would like to stop tracking clicks on the Firefox download button due to cost concerns.
Just to confirm, you only want me to remove the event on the actual download button?

Yes, that's right. I forgot to note that we shouldn't remove the event when the button doesn't link to the download.html page (i.e. the mobile download page).
Pushed to production in r59021.
