You can use the moderation options in the review page to flag the comment. I've deleted it now. However, there's something odd about the user (vish_non_adm: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/4874343). It seems to be a test user for AMO. There's a test add-on coauthored by this user and stephend, so I'm passing this to him.

Oh, it's probably vishal. I didn't realize this was on preview so comments or users or whatever isn't important. ->wontfix
