The menu calendar in calendar mode is at the same place that menu messages in mail mode

Neither Calendar Mode nor Calendar Menu exists in Lightning 1.0b1 anymore. Bug should be closed unless a similar issue exist regarding the new Calendar Tab and the new Events & Tasks Menu in Lightning 1.0b1 / Thunderbird 3.
In fact it was a dependency To solve it -Deacativate lightning -Quit thunderbird -$ sudo apt-get install libstdc++5, -launch thunderbird -activate lightning -Quit thunderbird -Launch thunderbird
