When attempting to drag a folder from one imap account to another, the operation fails silently if the target account is not yet logged in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up 2 imap accounts "src" and "dst", unchecking the box "auto remember password" on "dst"
2. Create a folder on "src" account, and populate it with messages
3. quit thunderbird
4. re-open thunderbird, log into src, but do not log into dst
5. drag folder from "src" to "dst"
Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
It should pop up a password box on the target account ("dst"), and if correct, copy (or move) the folder to the target account.
Alain can you create a imap log as described at https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging#Main_Logging_options_within_MailNews when you reproduce the issue ?
I believe there's another bug like this
Component: General → Folder and Message Lists
QA Contact: general → folders-message-lists
Whiteboard: [has protocol log] dupme
My guess is that drag drop is not passing in a msgwindow to the folder copy command, so the imap code doesn't know how to prompt for a password.
